Dress view C is quite fanciful with short puff sleeves and a frill at the hem. ABC: 1 button. A: lace trim, 1/4” (0.7 cm) wide, 1-1/8 - 1-3/8 yds (1.00 – 1.20 m). C: elastic, 3/16” (0.5 cm) wide, 18”-20” (45 – 50 cm).
