International orders (outside of Denmark)

You are always welcome to contact us with any questions you may have.

Prices and amounts

All prices on the website are including VAT.
There's no minimun amount of fabric or others things required for a purchase.

Shipping and delivery

Our usual delivery times are:
Within Denmark 2-6 weekdays.
UK and Europe: around 4-7 days.
USA, Asia, South America, Africa: 5-12 weekdays . Greenland: we send products with ship unless we agree otherwise as shipping by flight is much more expensive.

We do everything we can to keep you informed of delays. Please don't hesitate to ask us if you want an update on your order. If the products are in stock we send out the order the same, if it is placed within our business hours. The cost of shipping and handling varies with the destination.
All fabrics are folded and packaged with care. A few select items dent if folded so we roll those items instead. This adds a little to the shipping as the Postal company demands extra for long packages.
The accurate cost of shipping will always show in the cart while you're completing the order.


We accept payment via a handful of creditcards (VISA, VISA-Electron, JCB, Mastercard, Dankort, Visa-Dankort) and bank/money transfer. When paying by credit card the amount will not be withdrawn from your account before we've shipped your products.
When paying via money transfer please make sure, that you pay ALL expenses related to the money transfer.

Sales tax (or VAT) of 20% of the price is automatically deducted when shipping to countries outside of the EU.

Sold out products

If a products is temporarily sold out, we'll get it from our supplier and send it to you. Some products will be permanently sold out. We do everything we can to keep the website up to date with the inventory status.

Return policy

In accordance with EU law (new of June 2014) you have 14 days to return a product you've bought via the website. The 14 days start when you receive the product. You must pay the cost of shipping the product back to us if you return it. You will receive your return amount back within 14 days of sending us proof of your return of the product or when we receive the product. To return a product simply return the product within the 14 days and include information about your order-number. You must also inform us via info@fjoelner.dk or phone that you are returning af product. Return amount: Revised Danish and EU law (june 2014) allows you to use the product before returning it. And subsequently allows for the store to subtract from the return amount. We are obligated to and will evaluate this for each return case. Ususally we will be returning the full amount to you if you have not used the product. If the product is used we will most likely return a reduced amount. Some cases such as fabric or patterns that have been cut or used etc. will have no resell value for us and will most likely result in 100% reduction in return value.

File complaint

You have the right to file a complaint over a purchase. If you wish to complain to the Danish authorities "Center for disputes, Konkurrence- og Forbrugerstyrelsen" you may use this form:

The website may contain errors, wrong pricing, sold out products and we may have difficulty obtaining a product. FJOELNER are not responsible or liable in case of any of the above.
We emphasize that colors on the products on the website should be considered a guidance only since colors on different computer screens and monitors vary.
